We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen displays them perfectly. Because our products are surprise and/or handmade-style items, the exact contents of a mystery box may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example if an item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud). A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so we can fulfil your order and contact you as needed. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
