Our 30-day happiness guarantee

We want you to love your squishies. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a refund or a free replacement within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out — no drama.

Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise it, send us a clear statement of your decision (for example by email) before the period ends. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

How to start a return or refund

Email support@thesquishybox.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply with the next steps.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Our products ship directly from our fulfilment partners, so we can often issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return. Where a return is needed, we’ll provide the correct return address (it differs from our office address, so unapproved returns may be lost).

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days to appear, as bank/card processing times vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, or where you exercise your EU right of withdrawal for the whole order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — usually with no return needed.

Return shipping costs

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return costs. For a change-of-mind return under the EU right of withdrawal, the direct cost of return is borne by you unless we agree otherwise.

Items that can’t be returned

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “final sale” or clearance
  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the periods above
  • Items damaged through misuse after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If an approved refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then email us and we’ll chase it.
