Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Dispatch & estimated delivery

Our squishies are shipped from our fulfilment partners and international warehouses, so delivery windows are longer than a local-stock store. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Belgium: 5–10 business days
Rest of the EU: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, peak periods (e.g. holidays) and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free standard shipping on orders over €35.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days — at no extra cost to you. Don’t worry if one part arrives before another.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Wrong address, failed delivery & lost parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, or your parcel appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days and we’ll help resolve it with a replacement or refund.
